Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ayudabet ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ayudabet website located at ayudabet.vip, all related subdomains, mobile interfaces, software applications, and the services, features, games, promotions, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, browsing, registering, depositing funds into, or playing any game on the ayudabet Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and not register an account.
Important: These Terms apply to all products and services offered by ayudabet, including but not limited to live casino, slot games, bingo, Teen Patti, sports betting, and all promotional offers. Use of any part of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
ayudabet reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
SECTION 02
Eligibility Requirements
Use of the ayudabet Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing any bet, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met:
- You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling activities.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted, and you are not subject to any legal restriction that prohibits your participation.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of ayudabet or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or technology partners.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from ayudabet or had a prior account closed due to a violation of these Terms.
- You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or on any government-issued list of restricted individuals unless you have completed enhanced due diligence verification with ayudabet's compliance team.
Age Verification: ayudabet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts requesting withdrawals. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.
ayudabet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any User at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
SECTION 03
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of ayudabet services, you must register a single account ("Account"). The following rules govern Account registration and management:
- One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. ayudabet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, ayudabet requires identity verification in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be asked to provide a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any associated rights to any third party under any circumstances.
SECTION 04
Deposits and Withdrawals
ayudabet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and selected over-the-counter payment outlets. The following terms govern financial transactions on the Platform:
- Currency: Transactions on ayudabet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱) for fiat payment methods. For cryptocurrency deposits, the equivalent PHP value is calculated at the time of transaction confirmation using the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit credit.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within the following indicative timeframes: GCash and PayMaya — under 5 minutes; BPI, BDO, Metrobank — 1 to 3 business hours; USDT/BTC — under 30 minutes subject to network confirmation times. These are indicative estimates and not contractual guarantees.
- Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited must meet the applicable wagering requirements (if applicable to any bonus received) before a withdrawal can be requested. ayudabet may impose additional verification requirements before releasing withdrawal amounts that exceed defined thresholds.
- Source of Funds: ayudabet may require Users to provide documentation confirming the legitimate source of deposited funds in compliance with AML obligations under Philippine law.
- Transaction Fees: ayudabet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees, for which ayudabet bears no responsibility.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider is a serious violation of these Terms. ayudabet reserves the right to recover any funds unlawfully reversed, close the associated Account, and pursue legal remedies available under Philippine law.
SECTION 05
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
ayudabet offers various promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Users. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any specific bonus terms and conditions applicable to that Promotion, which are published on the Platform.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering required," all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contributions, and time limits are specified in the individual Promotion terms.
- Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible registered Users only and may be subject to geographic restrictions, account verification status, deposit method, or activity thresholds. ayudabet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active in a User's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the prior bonus.
- Abuse Prevention: ayudabet employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, collusion, or artificial wagering patterns. Any User found to be exploiting Promotions in bad faith — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other method that does not reflect genuine recreational play — will have their bonus forfeited and their account suspended.
- Modification of Promotions: ayudabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.

SECTION 06
Gameplay Rules and Betting
All games offered on the ayudabet Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each game type:
- Game Rules: Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface. It is the User's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, ayudabet's records of the relevant game round shall be final and binding. If a malfunction is confirmed, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at ayudabet's discretion. Voiding of bets due to genuine technical error does not constitute a breach of these Terms by ayudabet.
- Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the ayudabet system, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the User.
- Bet Limits: All games are subject to minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed within each game. ayudabet reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time, including for individual accounts where atypical betting patterns are detected.
- Live Casino: For live dealer games, the dealer's actions and the outcome of each round as recorded by the live stream are final. Any dispute arising from a live game must be submitted to support within 24 hours with reference to the specific game session ID.
- Sports Betting: Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body or ayudabet's official data provider. ayudabet's settlement decision is final.
SECTION 07
Responsible Gaming
ayudabet is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and promoting responsible gambling practices for all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable, recreational activity. We take our obligations in this area seriously.
- Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We maintain age verification procedures and will suspend any account found to be in violation of this requirement.
- Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes immediate effect; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
- Reality Checks: Users may enable session time notifications that remind them of how long they have been playing during a single session.
- Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to temporarily or permanently stop gambling on ayudabet may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently, via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. During a self-exclusion period, the User's account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent.
- Cool-Off Period: Users may set a cool-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days, during which they cannot log in or place bets.

SECTION 08
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ayudabet Platform. Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device;
- Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated systems to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity using the Platform;
- Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
- Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes fraud, misrepresentation, or deception directed at ayudabet or other Users;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or backend infrastructure;
- Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or anonymising proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification;
- Attempting to access another User's account without authorisation;
- Publishing or transmitting any content through the Platform that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
SECTION 09
Account Suspension and Termination
ayudabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's Account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons, without limiting any other remedy available to ayudabet:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion;
- Failure to complete identity or source-of-funds verification within the required timeframe;
- A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
- A User's request for self-exclusion;
- Extended period of inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to the dormant account policy published on the Platform).
In cases of Account closure not arising from a breach by the User, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the User through their registered payment method after applicable deductions, within a reasonable timeframe. In cases of closure arising from breach of these Terms, ayudabet may withhold the balance pending investigation and, where warranted by applicable law, remit funds to the relevant regulatory authority.
SECTION 10
Intellectual Property
All content on the ayudabet Platform — including but not limited to the ayudabet name, logo, domain name, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, databases, audio-visual content, and proprietary technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of ayudabet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
ayudabet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes.
All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Platform are the registered and unregistered marks of ayudabet or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence to use such marks without prior written consent.
SECTION 11
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The ayudabet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, ayudabet expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
ayudabet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether planned or unplanned;
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data;
- Any gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform;
- Technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events beyond ayudabet's reasonable control.
Nothing in this section shall limit ayudabet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.
SECTION 12
Privacy and Data Protection
ayudabet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By registering an Account on ayudabet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have not opted out — promotional communications.
Data Rights: Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by ayudabet, subject to our legal retention obligations. Requests may be submitted to

SECTION 13
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your Account shall first be submitted to ayudabet's customer support team for informal resolution. ayudabet will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 15 business days of receiving a written complaint.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to formal arbitration proceedings in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration law. Both parties waive any right to trial by jury to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents ayudabet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where urgently required to protect its rights.
SECTION 14
Amendments to These Terms
ayudabet reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ayudabet will take reasonable steps to notify affected Users — which may include a notice on the Platform homepage, a notification within your Account dashboard, or an email to your registered address.
The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on this page. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a User of ayudabet.
